Collection, Delivery & Returns

Click & Collect

All orders placed online can benefit from our safe and simple Click & Collect service.

Order before 10am and, capacity permitting, you can collect the very next day, seven days a week.

We’ll notify you via email when your order is ready, so you can arrive to your carefully prepared order waiting for you.

Local Delivery

We offer a delivery service on eligable orders totalling £20 or more.

Delivery is £6.

We cover the post code areas of:

• G67, G68 & G69
• ML5 & ML6
• G31, G32, G33 & G34

Available delivery dates will be shown at the checkout, with a next-day delivery option available, capacity permitting, the very next day.

Returns

All of our products are selected and grown to the highest of standards. Our care continues in the preparation and delivery of orders and we don’t expect there to be any issue of quality.

Items being collected from us should be inspected at the time, as returns will not be available after they have been collected.

Should you not be entirely happy with your delivery order, you may return your products to us within the statutory seven working day period, after you receive delivery of your item.
You will be responsible for arranging the return of the items to us.

For any orders where you’ve changed your mind about a product, only pre-packaged and non-perishable items can be returned for a credit to spend elsewhere with us. You are responsible for arranging the return of these items to us.
