We guarantee same day local delivery if orders are placed before 3pm. Orders after 3pm will be delivered the following delivery day. Deliveries that are outside our local delivery area will be processed through eflorist. Please note that flowers shown in our bouquets are subject to availability and whilst we endeavour to match the bouquets shown we reserve the right to substitute flowers that aren't available at the time of ordering.

Flowers and Nursery local deliveries are delivered 7 days a week.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 orders for flowers and perishable goods are not cancellable. If goods are not perishable you may cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after receipt of the goods, You must either e-mail us at sales@craigendnursery.co.uk or write to us at Craigend Nursery & Coffee Shop, Condorrat, Cumbernauld G67 4HD in order to cancel your order. We require goods to be returned to us and are not liable for the cost of returning the goods. We will issue a refund within 30 days of the cancellation of your order.
